چکیده
Background: Foot postural alignment has been associated with altered gait pattern. This study aims to investigate kinematic differences in flatfoot subjects’ regarding all lower limb segments compared neutral foot subjects. Methods: A total of 31 participants were recruited (age: 23.26 yo ± 4.43; height: 1.70 m 0.98; weight: 75.14 kg 14.94). 15 subjects integrated into the group, and remaining 16 placed group. All particpants screened using Navicular Drop Test Resting Calcaneal Stance Position test characterize each results submitted analysis a MOCAP system. Results: Significant between groups found for ankle joint dorsiflexion, abduction, internal external rotation (p < 0.05). Additionally, significant knee flexion, extension, peak values 0.001). also hip rotation, pelvis 0.02). Several amplitude concerning abduction/adduction, flexion/extension 0.01). Conclusion: Flatfooted showed changes their patterns. The impact on this condition locomotion biomechanical aspects is clinically essential, 3D use could be advantageous early detection health impairments related posture.

Gait Analysis of Symptomatic Flatfoot in Children: An Observational Study
BACKGROUND Flatfoot deformity is a lever arm disease that incurs kinetic inefficiency during gait. The purpose of this study was to measure the degree of kinetic inefficiency by comparing the gait analysis data of a flatfoot group with a normal control group. METHODS The patient group consisted of 26 children (21 males and 5 females) with symptomatic flatfoot. They were examined with gait ana...
متن کاملComparison of Microsoft Kinect TM and Observational Gait Analysis in the Assessment of Gait Parameters of Apparently Healthy Adults
Objectives: The Microsoft KinectTM is reported to have compelling potentials for gait analysis in medicine; however, there are few data on its comparison with observational gait analysis (OGA). This study compared the Microsoft KinectTM and the OGA in the assessment of gait parameters of apparently healthy adults. Methods: Ninety-seven apparently healthy young male adults participated in this ...
متن کاملThe evolution of clinical gait analysis. Part II kinematics.
Kinematics is treated as a single topic in this manuscript and the emphasis is on early history, just as it was in Part I, Electromyography. Needless to say, neither kinematics nor electromyography, nor kinetics and energy (the latter to be included in Part III) are stand-alone components of clinical gait analysis. The only reason for this selective format is that it lessens my task to be able ...
متن کاملThe impact of tibial torsion measurements on gait analysis kinematics
OBJECTIVE To measure and compare tibial torsion values as assessed by goniometry and three-dimensional kinematics. In addition, the impact of each one of these measurements on kinematic and kinetic results for normal gait was determined. METHODS Twenty-three healthy and fully ambulatory patients were assessed, 11 women and 12 men, from 20 to 40 years old. Data were collected at a laboratory f...
متن کاملIn vivo three-dimensional analysis of hindfoot kinematics in stage II PTTD flatfoot.
BACKGROUND This study aims to evaluate the rotation and translation of each joint in the hindfoot and compare the differences in healthy foot with that in stage II PTTD flatfoot by analyzing the reconstructive three-dimensional (3D) computed tomography (CT) image data during several extreme positions. METHODS CT scans of 20 healthy feet and 20 feet with stage II PTTD flatfoot were taken in ma...
